Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Senior to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure security and performance of the network infrastructure and respond to incidents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in network security, strong Zscaler knowledge, and familiarity with compliance standards. This is a hybrid role with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
