Job summary

Synergy Services is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for Synergy House in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on ensuring staff and client records meet regulatory guidelines, with duties spanning routine documentation, training, and interdepartmental coordination.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or related experience and familiarity with medical case management, HMIS data entry, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 1-2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of medical case management preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between direct care staff, Case Managers, Therapists, management and external agencies.
• Enter HMIS data and audit charts for closing.
• Schedule staffing to ensure proper shift coverage and ratios.
