Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an on-site Workday Specialist to serve as the technical lead for a critical implementation at the Warsaw Manufacturing Facility. You will partner with Workday Consultants to drive configuration, testing, and go-live activities across Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling.

This role supports transitioning hourly workers to a weekly payroll and deploying Workday modules for up to 2,000 employees, collaborating with Manufacturing, Finance, Payroll, and external

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience with Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and Scheduling modules.
• Experience supporting manufacturing hourly workforce.
• Experience leading go-live activities and post-launch support.
• Ability to work on-site in Warsaw, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site technical lead for Workday implementation at the Warsaw Manufacturing Facility.
• Drive configuration, testing, and go-live activities across Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling.
• Collaborate with Workday consultants, HR Ops, Payroll, Manufacturing and external vendors.
• Review and test new pay period schedule and weekly payroll implementation.
• Configure Time Entry Templates, Time Codes, and Calculation Rules.
• Adjust Time Off Plans and accrual logic for weekly pay frequency.
• Coordinate data conversions and integrations with external time clock vendor.
• Maintain documentation of configuration decisions and testing outcomes.
• Support go-live payroll configuration and post-launch support.
• Provide on-site liaison duties and risk identification.
