LayerZero Power Systems, LLC is seeking a Wiring Assembler to bind wires into harnesses for electrical systems. The role requires reading wiring diagrams, using sleeves, cable ties, and conduits, and performing part inspection and quality checks.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, familiarity with electronics or wiring, and the ability to handle precision tools and small components with careful attention to detail. On-site work in Aurora, OH is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics or wiring.
• Ability to read and follow simple assembly diagrams and procedures.
• Ability to use simple electronic test tools (continuity testers, cable testers).
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Good eyesight and ability to work with small parts and tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits of small parts into electronic assemblies using instructions and hand tools.
• Perform final assembly of wire harnesses from sub-assemblies following standard procedures.
• Sort, label and package electronic assemblies and harnesses.
• Own the quality of your work output.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; care for tools.
• Provide feedback to supervisors to improve quality and efficiency.
