Job summary

Marvin’s Infinity Replacement unit is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead window and door replacement projects in Kent, WA. You will measure, coordinate installation tasks, and ensure a smooth on-site experience for homeowners.

As the face of Infinity Replacement on job sites, you’ll align customer expectations with installation realities, manage crews, and drive post-installation follow-through while upholding Marvin’s standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction experience, especially in home improvement or window replacement.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; stand for at least 6 hours per day; climb ladders and stairs.
• Experience measuring and installing replacement windows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final measurements for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions and adapt production specs to site conditions.
• Serve as on-site contact; introduce yourself and the installation team, set expectations with the homeowner, and confirm job completion walkthrough timing.
• Communicate job-specific details to installation crews, ensuring they are prepared for unique project requirements.
• Assist installation partners with questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate appropriate materials and accurately job-cost labor rates.
• Resolve project and customer issues with efficiency, professionalism, and integrity.
• Conduct job completion walkthroughs with homeowners, including demonstrating window and door operation, completing the Zero-Defect checklist, delivering the customer gift bag, and documenting follow-ups.
