Caelum Research Corporation in Fort Sill, OK is seeking a Web & Systems Developer to deliver IT and knowledge management services for the USAFCOEFS and its partners. You will design, develop, and maintain internal and external websites, portals, and dashboards with a strong focus on security and usability.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Tableau, and other tools to create web content, automate workflows, and visualize data while adhering to DoD policies and 508

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years Web and Systems Development related experience.
• Software experience in MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, X code, VS code, PowerQuery.
• Experience in web development and webmaster support with HTML, DHTML, VB Script, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to create SharePoint pages and content, including permissions, workflows and basic maintenance.
• Ability to analyze and assess technologies for web environments and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance for WPDAP, covering web technologies, data management, AI, and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal/external websites, dashboards, and SharePoint administration.
• Support knowledge-sharing and ensure cybersecurity, information security, and policy compliance.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to USAFCOEFS and tenant units.
• Design and support blogs, RSS feeds, audio/video content, and social APIs.
• Perform content reviews for timeliness and regulatory compliance.
• Create print/web assets using Adobe Creative Suite as required.
