Job summary

MAC.DISCOUNT LLC in Gastonia, NC is looking for a Transfers-Holds Associate to support our warehouse operations. You will transfer products using a scanner and proprietary software, pull items from shelves, and keep the area organized to ensure smooth warehouse flow.

The role is on-site with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch. You must be able to lift up to 25 lb alone (50 lb with team), be tech-savvy, highly organized, and customer-focused. Benefits available after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site; schedules may vary Monday through Saturday.
• Able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be tech-savvy and highly organized.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary software
• Pull product off the shelves
• Put product in the appropriate place on the shelves
• Move pallet jacks and other items to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow
• Keep the area clean
• Other tasks as assigned by management
