Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Transfers-Holds Associate in Gastonia, NC, for full-time, hourly, non-exempt work. The role supports our transfers team by handling product movement, shelf placement, and maintaining a safe warehouse flow.

Responsibilities include operating a scanner and proprietary software, lifting heavy items, and following all policies. Shifts may vary Mon-Sat; on-site work required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• On-site work required; shifts may vary Mon-Sat, 8-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch.
• Must follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be tech-savvy and highly organized.
• Must be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary software.
• Pull product off shelves.
• Place product in the appropriate shelf location.
• Move pallet jacks and other items to keep warehouse flow safe and efficient.
• Keep the area clean.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
