ViewSonic is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support shipping, order fulfillment and inventory management in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The role involves data entry, records maintenance and close collaboration with the shipping team to ensure on‑time deliveries.

Candidates should be proficient with Excel, familiar with WMS and Oracle, and hold a valid forklift certification. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this hands‑on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient with Oracle, Power BI and Discoverer.
• Ability to communicate clearly via written and email correspondence.
• Valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against work orders.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure orders are processed for shipment daily.
• Maintain records of received goods and handle data entry as needed.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely to move products.
• Prepare and maintain daily shipping/receiving reports for distribution.
• Support inventory cycle counts and cross-department communication.
