The Operations Clerk role in Franklin Park IL focuses on accurate order processing and tight warehouse documentation to keep product movement smooth and efficient.

You will enter orders, maintain load plans, logs, and related records, while collaborating with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems
• Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints
• Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams
• Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving
• Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity
• Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments
