Golden State Foods is seeking an Operations Clerk for the Franklin Park, IL facility. You will support warehouse operations by processing orders quickly, maintaining documentation, and coordinating flow between departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Operations Clerk - Franklin Park IL

What You’ll Do:

As an Operations Clerk, you'll be the go-to for behind-the-scenes accuracy—supporting warehouse functions through fast, accurate order processing and documentation. This role blends administrative precision with warehouse coordination. You'll keep the information flowing so the product can move.

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Sun-Wed 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $22.15
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
