Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Technician for Cape Station, on-site in Milford, UT. You will unload deliveries, verify shipments, store materials, and maintain inventory records to keep construction and operations moving.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, coordinate with site personnel, and uphold safety standards in a heavy-industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation required; certification preferred.
• Experience reading packing slips, PO, BOL, and material lists.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Good communication with warehouse personnel and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stage incoming materials and packages.
• Verify shipments against POs, packing slips, and BOLs.
• Identify shortages, overages, or damaged materials and report.
• Document receipt in inventory systems or logs.
• Label, tag, photograph, and store received materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials for construction and operations.
• Maintain inventory counts and material-location records.
• Support cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Coordinate with site personnel to prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Maintain organized warehouse and laydown areas.
