Job summary

Brightpick in Austin, TX seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to keep the North American tech center running end to end. This full-time on-site role blends hands-on warehouse work with office coordination, including parts, inventory, and vendor management.

You will manage domestic and international shipments, set up demos, and support IT and facility needs while following established procedures. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working solo on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse and logistics experience in a technical/industrial setting.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and follow guided procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with purchasing, vendors, and invoices.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Comfort with both physical warehouse tasks and office administration.
• Familiarity with SAP, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, pack, and ship robots, parts, and equipment; operate forklift safely.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments end-to-end with freight forwarders.
• Fulfill spare-part requests and update status for requesters.
• Manage inventory: cycle counts, audits, and SAP accuracy.
• Keep warehouse organized, labeled, and audit-ready (5S).
• Set up and dismantle demo equipment for customer visits and tradeshows.
