Job summary

Fenchem Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Mount Laurel, NJ to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and organization.

You will coordinate with internal teams and temporary workers to maintain efficiency and accuracy in a busy 15,000-square-foot facility. The role requires a valid forklift certification, 3+ years in warehouse ops, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification and hands-on forklift operating experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations and inventory management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems for inventory and reporting purposes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and move warehouse materials as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping per orders and packing lists.
• Operate and ensure safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Restack, wrap, and secure pallets for safe storage and outbound shipments.
• Perform routine inventory audits and monthly physical counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with office staff.
• Maintain inbound/outbound shipping documentation and inventory records.
• Identify damaged goods or issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce warehouse procedures, standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Assist with layout planning, storage optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Support management with reporting and workflow coordination.
