Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Warehouse Worker I at our Chagrin Falls, Ohio facility to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle materials, fulfill orders, and maintain documentation while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can lift up to 25 kg, and are comfortable using Word, Excel, and ERP systems. Forklift experience is a plus; US work authorization is required to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform standing, walking, bending, and stair climbing.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Receive, store, and transfer materials using FIFO practices.
• Collect raw material samples for Quality Control testing when requested.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare and stage customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and signed warehouse documentation.
• Perform equipment inspections, housekeeping activities, and report issues.
