H.B. Fuller is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will receive, store, move, and ship materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures.

This role contributes to product quality, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 kg. Preferred items include forklift experience and ERP familiarity.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform standing, walking, bending, and stair-climbing duties.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Receive, unload, load, and move materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Collect raw material samples for Quality Control when required.
• Store products according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Report non-conforming materials or products to the supervisor.
• Prepare and stage customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Complete, maintain, and file required documentation accurately.
• Inspect equipment, perform daily forklift checks, and maintain a clean work area.
