Job summary

CSI is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, tubing handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Ability to obtain forklift certification, required
• Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeur’s license to drive delivery truck
• Computer knowledge, required
• Epicor E10 software, preferred
• 2 years of warehouse experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and put away materials, including lot-tracked material, while verifying part numbers, quantities, and system receipts
• Pick, pack, and ship inventory, warehouse transfers, and Site Services materials accurately and securely
• Process UPS/FedEx manifests, international shipments, truck shipments, deliveries, and freight pickups
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, staging-area reviews, discrepancy investigations, location changes, indexing, and inventory-weight updates
• Unload, stage, receive, package, secure, and deliver tubing orders while coordinating freight for on-time delivery
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, including shelves, pallets, cardboard recycling, trash, break-room cleaning, and supply requisitions
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety expectations, and applicable laws while supporting other duties as assigned
