Job summary

The Warehouse Clerk at Medline Industries, LP will provide internal and external administrative and customer support in the Romulus branch. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, documenting processes, and coordinating yard operations, load sheets, and ASNs.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma and proficiency with MS Office; SAP and Catalyst experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous SAP and Catalyst experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed.
• Maintain proper flow of the yard; Schedule appointments as necessary.
• Schedule and administer work assignments.
• Function as point of contact for respective department.
• Print labels; create problem tickets.
• Create load sheets and/or ASNs.
• Meet company expectations regarding accuracy, performance, and attendance.
