Job summary

Qualifications

• On hire, complete AHA BLS and PALS training.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing care using observation, assessment, and nursing processes.
• Utilize remote patient monitoring to identify trends and respond to changes in patient status.
• Conduct virtual visits via two-way video to support bedside care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families and provide discharge teaching.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
