Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Veritas NetBackup Administrator to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows or Linux server environment. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree
• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
• Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.
• Candidate may be asked to obtain CI Poly in future
• Experience with backup monitoring, reporting, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows server administration.
• Experience with application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
• Experience with backup monitoring, reporting, and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners
• TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Veritas NetBackup 8.x / 9.x / 10.x.
• Experience with NetBackup Master Server and Media Server administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, Exchange, SAP, or other enterprise application backups.
• Linux OS experience.
• Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
