F.H. Furr is seeking HVAC Service Apprentice candidates in Ashland, VA. The fully-paid apprentice program begins on August 3rd.

You will learn alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while engaging with customers and supporting sales opportunities. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are essential.

• Valid driver's license required; company policy requires drivers to be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems.
• Engage with customers courteously, listen to needs, and offer solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for additional services or products.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues with creative thinking to resolve problems.
