Job summary

The Training Manager will track badges, document incidents, and act as the authorized supervisor in the Project Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of U.S. DOE Protective Force (or comparable) experience.
• Experience in management, supervision, and training.

Responsibilities

• Track disposition of security badges.
• Document alarms for analysis and trending purposes.
• Act on behalf of the Contractor on daily contract operations.
• Oversee personnel administration, training, and performance of contractor staff; prepare schedules, deliverables, and reports.
• Maintain government property and credentials; ensure proper return at termination.
