Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is recruiting for a Traffic Marshall (gateman) on an ongoing site in Lancaster. You will be responsible for manning the gate, controlling vehicle flow, and ensuring contractors park in accordance with site policy.

We require a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall qualification, plus two checkable references and eligibility to work in the UK. The role pays hourly, with weekly pay, and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid CSCS card.
• Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification required.
• Two checkable work references and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manning the gate on-site.
• Working under supervision of Project/ Site Managers.
• Ensuring contractors are parking as per site policy.
• Controlling traffic flow for deliveries.
• Securing barrier protection and fencing around site.
• No welfare responsibilities are required.
