Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading network of UK clients. Roles include site safety oversight, CAD interpretation and crew leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will install traffic management plans, deliver daily briefings, and ensure operations comply with NHSS and RAMS. Successful candidates will have Lantra TM qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and be able to pass drugs and alcohol checks.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Traffic Management sites are installed in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
• Directly manage your crew to ensure high quality work plans.
• Read and follow RAMS and Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments and report near misses to Operations.
