Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an Integration and Test Software Engineer to join our on-site team in San Diego, CA. The candidate should be a self-starter with experience in an IPT construct and capable of working across software lifecycle stages.

The role requires TS clearance, experience in UNIX/Windows environments, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Travel up to 25% may be required, with full-time on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in integration and testing of software and hardware components.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance (Security+ and TS).

Responsibilities

• Perform software unit and integration tests and test automation.
• Work in development and lab environments and ensure proper integration/testing.
• Document technical findings and build clear root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with software, systems, hardware, and integration/test teams to diagnose issues.
