Job summary

Acro Service Corp seeks a Supplier Manufacturing Engineer to support our El Segundo Tooling department onsite. You will work with sub-tier suppliers to manage tool fabrication and ensure compliance with NGAS policies and supplier quality requirements.

Collaborate with program management, engineering, and QA to review supplier performance, maintain approved suppliers, and drive corrective actions to meet delivery and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical, Manufacturing, aerospace or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GD&T and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3D CAD experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with program management and supplier management teams to ensure procurements meet requirements.
• Defines the Supplier statement of work and reviews supplier quality requirements.
• Maintains the approved supplier list and reviews supplier performance.
• Manages waivers, deviations and discrepancy reporting through QA processes.
• Evaluates supplier non-conformances and implements corrective actions.
• Verifies End Item Data Packages and CoCs prior to shipment.
