Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is hiring for an on-site Tooling Inventory Administrator in City of Industry, CA. This hourly, full-time role focuses on maintaining tooling inventories, coordinating replenishments, and ensuring timely kit preparation for production.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to read drawings and bills of materials (BOMs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels for tooling and coordinate replenishment.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, and stocking of tooling and kits.
• Pull and distribute tooling to the correct locations using tool layouts and BOMs.
• Generate replenishment orders and work with Purchasing to place orders with suppliers.
• Track tooling usage, shortages, and coordinate with Engineering and Suppliers for corrective actions.
