Job summary

Esi Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a skilled trades technician in Georgia to repair and maintain tools and equipment used in the electrical power industry. The role involves inspecting rental items, restocking supplies, and safely operating forklifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with basic safety knowledge and the ability to read schematics. Some tools may be company-provided; own tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs tools and equipment to include maintaining and repairing rental trailers, equipment and tools used in the electrical power industry.
• Diagnoses and repairs customer tools and equipment.
• Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Pulls and loads orders of rental items for distribution to and from customer.
• Must be able to operate sit down and stand up forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Prepares and maintains records and reports.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Looking up parts for customers
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, governing agencies and the public.
• Other duties as assigned based on business need.
