Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds, repairs, and maintains metal stamping tools and dies.
• Plans maintenance schedules for dies and tools.
• Reads blueprints and setup instructions for tooling.
• Inspects dimensions and tolerances with calipers and micrometers.
• Operates CNC/NC tools and conventional machine tools as required.
• Troubleshoots equipment and restarts production to meet specs.
• Oversees tool repair and plant equipment maintenance.
