Job summary

Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to work on-site at our Corvallis, Oregon facility. The role involves setting up, executing, and documenting tests with adherence to procedures and data integrity.

You will support engineers and other technicians and may back up the Test Technician III as needed. The position requires experience with laboratory equipment (microscopes, scales), ability to work with diverse materials, and strong data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience reporting test results/observations and adhering to process requirements.
• Ability to execute moderate to complex tasks without supervision.
• Proven track record of quality improvement and process control.
• Backup for Test Technician III when required.
• Detail oriented and self-managing.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand all documentation related to tasks/test requests.
• Perform setup and verification of test, equipment and process.
• Execute tests per defined test requests and test plans.
• Assist other technicians and engineers following instructions.
• Understand capabilities and limitations of test processes and impact on tests.
• Create data formatting structures for low-error data entry.
• Enter test data into Excel and appropriate systems/formats.
• Ensure data accuracy, process adherence, and test execution.
• Monitor tests and data to identify failures and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Follow security, safety and testing procedures for all work.
