Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in terminal operations, production, logistics, or food processing preferred.
• Experience With GFSI Compliance Preferred.
• DOT compliance and logistics experience preferred.
• Maintenance Experience With Pumps And Pneumatic Systems Preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, quality, and operational compliance expectations.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop production-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality, and environmental compliance as core priorities.
• Assist in directing repackaging, production, and distribution to meet customer expectations.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules to ship on time and according to specs.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve terminal processes and reduce costs.
• Communicate changes and expectations to terminal staff.
