Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk in Canton, Ohio to support a client’s finance team. This role involves data entry, invoice processing, and basic account reconciliations while maintaining organized financial records.

Great for candidates with general office or bookkeeping exposure who want hands-on accounting experience. Position is temporary/contract, in-person, with day-one benefits and a 3–6 month duration.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year of general office, administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting-related experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems through on-the-job training.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Enter financial and accounting information accurately into the accounting system.
• Organize, file, and maintain electronic and physical financial records.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices using the three-way matching process.
• Assist with basic account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to basic vendor and customer billing inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting and finance team.
• Maintain accurate and organized records while handling financial information appropriately.
