Job summary

The Croghan Colonial Bank is seeking a Teller in Oregon, OH to provide exceptional customer service while processing a wide range of transactions. You will verify ownership, signatures, and fund availability, and assist customers with various banking needs in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with others; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes a wide variety of transactions accurately per bank policy.
• Review transactions for ownership, signatures, POA, endorsements.
• Performs cash verifications on deposits, withdrawals, exchanges.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments in person/phone/mail.
• Fulfills customer requests for cashier's checks, U.S. Savings Bonds, and cash advances.
