Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking environment.
• 1 year in customer service and cash handling in a customer-facing role required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team.
• Knowledge of bank deposit products and services.

Responsibilities

• Process routine teller transactions and assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, checks and transfers.
• Deliver exemplary customer service in person and over the phone.
• Balance cash and follow cash handling policies at end of shift.
• Gather data and complete compliance and reporting tasks as required.
