Job summary

Quantic is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager for an on-site role in Exton, PA. You will help plan, coordinate, and execute technical projects related to our POS solutions, working with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver completed initiatives.

You will track timelines, maintain documentation, facilitate stakeholder communications, gather requirements, report status, monitor risks, and help prioritize tasks to ensure quality deliverables aligned with client

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to coordinate tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making for project outcomes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present project updates clearly.
Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to support team collaboration, encourage accountability, and contribute to a positive project culture.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience with software development or SaaS products is beneficial (POS or retail/restaurant tech).

Responsibilities
