Job description

Location: Day-1 Onsite at Princeton Junction, NJ, with multiple weekly visits to Raritan, NJ

FTE with Quantum

This role requires a person to be in the office all 5 days a week. Self-starter who can coordinate with various teams and get the work done.

• Support Site IT Leader with local and global IT projects/initiatives and any other areas that require IT support and coordination including ALM/TLM, Cybersecurity, Audit, Asset Management, Local Change Control, ITSM, Quad Meeting, etc. in collaboration with Business, ISRM and TS/MLL team.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• GxP knowledge and understanding
• Help/support the site IT lead in handling business requirements, work with business and liaise with the relevant JJT stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes.
