You will mentor a small team, drive cost savings, and align procurement with budgets and cash flow amid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Engineering background is strongly preferred due to technical scope.
• MBA or combination of engineering and supply chain education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for capital projects, equipment, maintenance, materials, construction services, and operational requirements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, logistics, and subject‑matter experts to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies to improve total delivered cost and supplier performance.
• Negotiate master service agreements, framework agreements, and commercial terms.
• Establish procurement controls and budgets, and improve forecasting and cash flow through SAP.
