Job summary

RCG, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Deputy PM) to support a federal government program in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring five days per week at the customer location. Active Secret Clearance is preferred.

The Deputy PM will help plan, execute, and deliver IT projects, coordinating with government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results and compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (Preferred)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum five years of project management experience
• Experience leading IT projects from initiation through completion
• ServiceNow experience with report configuration and generation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.
• Prepare project documentation, executive reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
