Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in a role involving technical aspects of computer hardware and software.
• Able to navigate Windows and Microsoft products.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals.
• Preferred: 1 year in logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present operational and technical program aspects to customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure ACF products prior to shipment to customers.
• Test and QA equipment; including new and returned items.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintaining accuracy.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain base inventory levels and fulfill orders.
• Prepare, ship and receive ACF products.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy trails of shipped products.
• Work within policies and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues.
