Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site, 6‑month engagement in Miami, reporting to the program leadership. You will coordinate clients, tech teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery of technology initiatives.

The role requires strong program management skills, experience with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid, and a proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and expectations. On-site in Miami, with collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 3–6 years of project management experience delivering technology projects.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, change control, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Run Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, and retrospectives as required.
• Translate technical information into business terms for stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams and vendors.
