Summary

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified On‑Site Team Lead to support the U.S. Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G‑3 mission at Fort Benning, GA. The G‑3 organization encompasses multi‑functional services across Fort Benning. Critical G‑3 functions include planning and scheduling of air operations, ceremonies and special events, the Staff Inspection Program, long‑range planning calendar, and the Digital Training Management System. Other support includes strategic analysis.

Specific Duties

• Serve as the corporate‑level point of contact for performance of the work.
• Hold full authority to act for the company on all contract matters related to daily operation of this contract.
• Be available on site between 0800 and 1700, Monday through Friday.
• Provide management and supervision of contractor support for the following tasks:
  • Air Operations Planning
  • Strategic Analysis
  • Ceremonies/Events Scheduling
  • Staff Inspection Program (SIP) Scheduling
  • Long Range Planning Calendar (LRPC) Coordination
  • Army Training Requirements and Resources (ATRRS) Administration

Required Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• At least 24 semester hours in mathematics, engineering, and/or quantitative analysis courses.
• 15+ years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, manpower, or similar fields.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., military senior enlisted or officer, or corporate management).
• Experience in human resource functions such as time accounting and basic benefits.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Other Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Some travel may be required.
• Full‑time, exempt position with contractor status.
