Accelera Solutions seeks multiple software engineers with systems programming expertise for on-site roles in Charleston, SC or the Washington, DC metro area. Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and have deep experience with database engines, network protocols, and low-level software across C, C++, Rust, Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mathematics or related field.
• 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps).
• Hands-on systems programming in C, C++, or Rust.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, test, and deploy secure, scalable applications and services using C, C++, Rust, Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Apply systems programming principles to develop performant software components.
• Develop software supporting process creation, monitoring, inter-process communication, and concurrency.
• Build multithreaded applications with proper synchronization and memory management.
• Design and troubleshoot networked applications using sockets and client-server models.
• Trace and analyze database engine internals and protocols to support development.
• Develop relational SQL data-storage solutions and database access controls.
• Develop graph database solutions and integration with Neo4j.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, RxDB, Neo4j, S3, Elasticsearch across storage and search.
• Refactor services and migrate functionality between languages as needed.
• Develop IaC to provision and manage infrastructure; deploy and monitor cloud-hosted software.
• Integrate applications with identity providers and implement OIDC; support secure API access.
• Incorporate Zero Trust Architecture actions across PDP-PEP interactions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and mission stakeholders on security controls and logging.
