Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems preferred or equivalent experience.
• Technical certifications are preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, BI and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Experience supporting multi-location POS environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and design improvements in ERP/WMS/BI/CRM environments.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Deliver end-user training and create user manuals.
• Understand current business processes and recommend changes.
• Build relationships with end users, vendors, and third parties.
• Support enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Handle support requests and coordinate with teams on projects.
• Lead small to large project implementations.
