Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks a capable Support Services Supervisor II to lead contractor personnel at facilities in the Washington DC area. You will ensure compliance with contract standards, direct daily service operations, provide training, resolve issues, and maintain an efficient work environment.

The role requires at least four years of supervisory experience, strong judgment, data reporting ability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory experience in comparable service-activity environments.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent, sound judgment in managing day-to-day operational matters.
• Knowledge of file maintenance methods and procedures.
• Working knowledge of personal computer operation and standard applications.
• Ability to collect, record, and organize data for productivity or workload reports.
• Neat, professional personal appearance.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Current and valid driver’s license authorizing operation of contractor-owned or Government-furnished vehicles as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises six to ten contractor employees.
• Directs and reviews work assignments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Provides guidance and on-the-job training to newly assigned personnel in processing methods and procedures.
• Resolves working-level complaints and operational problems related to services performed under the contract.
• Manage and monitor daily work activities to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and make necessary adjustments to support workload demands and organizational changes.
• Maintain the facility in a neat, clean, and professional condition.
• Carry out routine support tasks, including running errands, making copies, and transporting time-sensitive materials within the Washington metropolitan area using a vehicle as needed.
• Conduct data collection for use in statistical and workload reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
