Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a Support Services Supervisor II to lead contractor personnel for facility support services. The role reports to the Contract Director and ensures compliance with internal standards, procedures, and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory experience in comparable service activity environments.
• Ability to exercise independent, sound judgment in managing day-to-day operational matters.
• Neat, professional personal appearance.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Current and valid driver's license authorizing operation of contractor-owned or Government-furnished vehicles as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises six to ten contractor employees.
• Directs and reviews work assignments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Provides guidance and on-the-job training to newly assigned personnel in processing methods and procedures.
• Resolves working-level complaints and operational problems related to services performed under the contract.
• Manages and monitors daily work activities to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Performs routine equipment maintenance and makes necessary adjustments to support workload demands.
• Maintains the facility in a neat, clean, and professional condition.
• Carries out routine tasks including errands, copying, and transporting time-sensitive materials within the Washington metropolitan area using a vehicle as needed.
• Conducts data collection for use in statistical and workload reporting.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
