Vincere in Swanzey, NH is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate and purchase fabricated materials, components and equipment for a manufacturing client. This is a direct hire, long-term on-site role.

Requirements include 3+ years planning/purchasing experience, Bachelor's preferred (or equivalent), ability to obtain quotes, bids, and manage POs (up to $10,000); APICS certification preferred; ERP/MRP experience with Visual ERP; MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred but open to equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of planning / purchasing experience.
• Able to obtain quotations, examine bids and follow up on purchase orders.
• Negotiate and maintain supply contracts.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Manage purchase orders (up to $10,000) by working with MRP reports.
• Understanding of assembly and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with Visual (or similar) ERP/MRP system.
• MS Office experience.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
• Process purchase orders and verify bids/quotations up to $10,000.
• Support MRP/ERP system data accuracy and reporting.
