Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Loveland, OH to manage production shop orders from creation to closure, aligned with forecasts and ERP records. The role requires daily on-site work at our facility and collaboration with the Master Scheduler to ensure timely production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain scheduling, ERP/EPICOR experience, and a proven ability to maintain accurate BOMs, inventory, and material purchasing while driving continuous improvements on schedule

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Three or more years of experience in supply chain functions with scheduling, inventory control, or purchasing in manufacturing.
• ERP experience required; Epicor/Kinetic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production jobs from creation through closure using MRP and planning inputs.
• Record material consumption with accuracy and receive finished goods into inventory.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly production schedules across resources.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments with production supervisors and capacity.
• Troubleshoot BOM discrepancies with engineering and manufacturing.
• Own purchasing of raw materials and manage supplier relationships.
• Execute ERP/Kinetic transactions and close shop orders; support counts and adjustments.
