Job summary

PepsiCo – Plano, TX is seeking a campus intern to join the Supply Chain team for an approx. 10-week program rooted in real-world business insight. You’ll analyze metrics, assist with process improvements, and report findings to leadership to sharpen decision‑making.

You will gain exposure to project lifecycles, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, with potential for full‑time conversion upon successful completion and performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems (other related majors will be considered)
• Highly motivated self-starter with leadership experience
• Proven people/project leadership in academics or clubs
• Previous operations environment exposure (work, internship, or clubs)
• Ability to navigate unstructured settings and make quick tradeoffs
• Results‑oriented with strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to relocate for greater opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes
• Report findings to team members and management
• Support project management life cycle activities (business case, requirements, design/testing/deployment)
• Work on large projects with minimal supervision
• Engage in data analysis and reporting tool development
