The internship emphasizes multi-phase project management, cross-functional teamwork, and exposure to senior leaders. You will develop technical skills, gain supply chain insights, and contribute to performance analyses.

Qualifications

• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
• Hold a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support one to three engineering projects driven by business needs.
• Participate in project management life cycle phases: Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders from manufacturing plants.
• Build networks with cross-functional supply chain functions.
• Engage with Directors and VPs to gain insights.
• Assist in analyzing engineering and operations performance metrics, tools, and processes.
• Develop time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Gain exposure to Processing, Packaging, Warehouse, Automation, Controls & Information.
• Participate in Summer Internship activities.
