Job summary

PepsiCo seeks aSupply Chain Quality and Food Safety intern/analyst to leverage data analytics in a real-world setting at our Plano, Texas location. You will work on diverse projects, partner with plant leaders, and help drive quality metrics and training initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunity to influence line performance while supporting safety programs.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python, Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work in unstructured environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and development of quality and food safety metrics and business processes using Tableau or other analytical tools.
• Derive insights from multiple QFS metrics and communicate cross-functionally to help solve operational issues.
• Administer policies and practices, initiate and implement projects.
• Conduct presentations and formal training programs.
• Improve team communication and engagement.
• Support and execute components of quality and food safety programs including data collection, risk assessments, and audits.
